He offered up Himself

haha. Not sure what to put for title but yeap. That verse caught my eye. :))

Wasn't feeling too cool these few days and especially today but praise God at least I know what happened. haha. I was worrying. lols.

And today I see and realised what pastor preached about worrying is so true/real. Like many times when a quarrel happens between husband and wife (not for my case though. haha.) it's often not because there's really a problem but because one of the hearts is cluttered with worries.

And yes, my dad got it. I didn't quarrel with him but I just refused to be nice to him. lols. Nearly quarrelled with my mum over some matter but decided to just shut my mouth after awhile. heh heh.

Anyway, enough said. haha. Decided to let Jesus wash wash my feet by His Word, by His Spirit. :))

I love what pastor preached today. Would just share something simple that I caught and realised. In Your light, we see light. :))

Romans 4:13-15
13 For the promise that he would be the heir of the world was not to Abraham or to his seed through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.
14 For if those who are of the law are heirs, faith is made void and the promise made of no effect,
15 because the law brings about wrath; for where there is no law there is no transgression.

haha. Pastor preached about our righteousness is by faith, amen! hehe. Today pastor talked about verse 15. He shared that when we THINK that God is angry with us, we would not be able to inherit the world. Sin consciousness just wouldn't help.

Ever thought what does it means to feel condemned? Maybe you all know already because all of us are so well-taught and fed. But what I saw was that, when I feel condemned, it means that I THINK that DaddyGod is angry with me and He is disappointed with what I did.

But in actual fact, He isn't~ Because Jesus had paid it all. Jesus had paid the price for those who had fallen short of the mark. That's why on the cross He said "It is finished!"

It's very interesting because I went to check up the word finished and in the greek, it is Teleo (G5055). I love how it is explained in the e-Sword because it is simple and sweet.

G5055 τελέω teleō
tel-eh'-o
From G5056; to end, that is, complete, execute, conclude, discharge (a debt): - accomplish, make an end, expire, fill up, finish, go over, pay, perform.

Now I understand why pastor always use paying a debt as the example for how Jesus' work on the cross is like. Jesus is the Person who paid the debt for us and He is also the Payment that was paid. haha.

Hebrews 7:26-27
26 For such a High Priest was fitting for us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens;
27 who does not need daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifices, first for His own sins and then for the people's, for this He did once for all when He offered up Himself.

:))

margy, let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Rocher with Love, from Dad.

lols. The pic is so cool because if you look carefully, you would see a heart shape due to the reflection of the light, with a cross in the middle. :))

Amazing right? This was the pic I got after I told Daddy to make sure I get a beautiful pic. haha.

Daddy's good because I saw rocher at 7-Eleven just now but I didn't buy. Then when my mama got home, she placed this box of rocher on the table!! Woohoo~ And I love ferrero rocher. haha.

I love what pastor preached today. There were things that were like confirmation and I really love it when pastor shared that our lives are lived for the glorification of Christ. We live not for ourselves no more but now we live for Christ, for Jesus' glory. Woohoo~

2 Corinthians 5:14-15
14 For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus: that if One died for all, then all died;
15 and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.

Okay. Need to go eat some stuff le. Hungry. I'll be back~ haha!

margy rest margy, in the embrace of your loving Savior.

Simple things that make simple Me smile

haha. Smile. I feel a smile in my heart, a smile on my face. haha. One touch of Jesus can make me smile. :)) It's really not what I do but Daddy just managed to put that smile on my face when I least expected it. haha.

I don't know what I have been feeling recently and I also don't wanna care. lols. It's kinda mind-bothering (did I get this right? haha. anyways.) to figure out everything. haha.

haha. Daddy showed me simple things like, religiosity wouldn't help us inherit His promises and blessings. haha. By grace we had been saved through faith. haha. When I read that just now, suddenly I thought like, "Hmm.. Faith seems like just a door we need to walk through."

Faith is like a door we walk through. It doesn't make things happen if I can put it this way but it's already done. Faith just let us get to the place where the blessings already are. haha. (Daddy help me say it better) It's like, the room is already filled with all the blessings and promises (by grace) and when you believe Daddy (have faith), you simply walk through the door, into the room of blessings.

Our faith didn't make God do things for us. It's already done. :))

Was listening to sermons by Jackie Pullinger . She shared a lot of really good stuff but what stayed with me was that,
"God didn't wait for me to change. He came and died for me."

It is so beautiful. Really. Once again I saw the Love of Daddy for me. Jesus believed the Best of me when He hung there on the cross. He knew that I would come home one day. He just believed the best of me. He did and He still does.

Jesus believes the best of you too. You don't have to prove yourself to Him. He really believe the best of you. He has seen the worst of you (and much more of me) yet He still loves us. He didn't wait for me to change. He believe me to the end of time. haha. And He believes in you too. Loves~

*Big smile* Margy feels loved. :))

haha. I wanna be who Daddy made me to be. I don't wanna live under the shadow of someone else. I wanna live the life that DaddyGod wrote for me. The journey where there's only me and Him. hehe.

Daddy showed me something very beautiful also. Because Multiply is a great place (free publicity. haha), I get to read really great posts sharing bout Jesus and yeap. That day I added a sister who I don't know yet. haha. Yet when I was leaving a message for her, I called her sis~ Then I saw it.

It doesn't matter if I know the person or if I have met him/her face to face but because of Jesus, because he/she is in Christ, we are a FAMILY. Where colors and language don't matter anymore. Where only Jesus is the center of our lives. Because Jesus came and died for us we are a family. haha. Beautiful right. At least it is to me. lols.

haha. Okay. Had fun.

My God loves me.
And He loves you too. ((:

Margy~ loved by Jesus.

Happiness is where You are.
And You are always here with me. :))

Prayer of A Righteous Man Avails Much

Hey Righteous beloveds! haha. Pray and trust God with me for my family's salvation yea. Because the prayer of a righteous man avails much! haha.

Even A righteous man's prayer avails much~ How much more when we come together and agree? haha.

James 5:16b (NKJV)
The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

James 5:16b (MSG)
The prayer of a person living right with God is something powerful to be reckoned with.

James 5:16b (NASB)
The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much.

haha. Praise Jesus. Because of His finished work, I am righteous and because of His blood, when I call, Daddy answers! All because of Jesus! haha.

haha. You know I used to think that, "Oh~ If I've prayed and asked God for my family's salvation, I must be actively trying to invite my parents to church. If not me, who will?" lols.
No, there's nothing wrong with you inviting your parents and friends to church but for me, I feel it's a wrong spirit that I carried when I asked them. And recently I realised, even when I don't do anything outwardly, my prayer avails much.

If you look at James 5:15, it's beautiful. Only saw it just now. :)

James 5:15 (NKJV)
And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.

haha. What I saw was that I only need to pray a prayer of faith [having a good opinion of Daddy, knowing that He listens and would do it when I pray] and yes! He would go into action, do it and make it good. haha.

Psalm 31:22 (NKJV)
For I said in my haste, "I am cut off from before Your eyes"; Nevertheless You heard the voice of my supplications when I cried out to You.

Even our faithlessness would not make Daddy turn away from hearing us. :)

Lets enjoy the undeserved favor and love of Daddy. He would really do something about what you prayed for. Rest and let Him lead you. :)

When you don't know what or how, always say a prayer. :)

margy Rest~
