"You're Valuable; You're Worth it", Jesus said.
haha. I was reminded of what Pastor Chin shared yesterday - How Daddy didn't bargain when it comes to redeeming me, redeeming YOU.Pastor used an illustration of how we would wanna bargain for lets say a dress that originally cost $300. We didn't think that it's all so worth the money and we bargain till $150 (good bargain yea. haha). Then we are willing to pay the $150 because in our eyes, the dress is only worth $150.
But know what?
When it comes to redeeming you and I, Daddy didn't bargain. He didn't ask that an angel would come but He sees that you are worth His Son. When Daddy bruised Jesus on the cross, it pleased Him because He saw the joy on your face.
Every stripe that He borne to ensure that you would live a healthy wholesome life, He deem it pleasing and fulfilling to His heart.
He saw that unbroken relationship, friendship, fellowship, communion that He can have with You.
He saw that He can unceasingly pour His Love on you and to always be on your side. And seeing all these, He said, "It's worth it. Because I love my child so much, it's all worth it."
The pain that God as a Daddy had to bear, Jesus as our Man of God had to bear on the cross, He said that "It's all worth it.". Because He saw you and I.
You are valuable.
You are precious.
You are priceless.
See yourself as so because God Almighty sees you as so.
Let not the words of men devalue you. Let not yourself devalue you.
YOU are valuable. Let Him tell you your worth. :)
