My Days Ahead are Ever Brighter

Habakkuk 3:17-19 (AMP)

17 Though the fig tree does not blossom and there is no fruit on the vines, [though] the product of the olive fails and the fields yield no food, though the flock is cut off from the fold and there are no cattle in the stalls,

18 Yet I will rejoice in the Lord; I will exult in the [victorious] God of my salvation!

19 The Lord God is my Strength, my personal bravery, and my invincible army; He makes my feet like hinds' feet and will make me to walk [not to stand still in terror, but to walk] and make [spiritual] progress upon my high places [of trouble, suffering, or responsibility]!

For the Chief Musician; with my stringed instruments.

Saw these verses in the bible yesterday. hehe. Just thought that the last verse is very beautiful. Sometimes we feel that in trial we only seem to be getting down or stagnant but it's not true! :) Even when circumstances are like blah~ and it doesn't feel so cool anymore, know that the path of the just is like the shining sun, that shines ever brighter unto the perfect day. (Proverbs 4:18)

haha. Share something with you. :) That day I was taking bus home from work and you know buses in Singapore has specific route. I have been taking bus home since like first day of work; I've been working for like 2.5 months already. But a few days ago I noticed the name of this money charger that is Everbright. :) Reminder that my days are ever brighter! :) Then the next day I went pass there again and I noticed the whole signboard it says - Everbright Money Changer. haha. At that moment, it's just like Daddy telling me, "No matter how things or circumstances change, your days will only get ever brighter." :)

haha. It's cool when we see God in daily life, giving Him thanks for even the little things. :)

The person whom I'm covering has got this calendar that daily there's a verse attached. And yesterday's (Friday) verse was

Acts 14:17 (NIV)
Yet he has not left himself without testimony: He has shown kindness by giving you rain from heaven and crops in their seasons; he provides you with plenty of food and fills your hearts with joy."

Not sure what version was the calendar using but guess it's NIV. haha. Anyway, what I saw was that, "Hey. Even rain shows the goodness of God."

Hmm.. I think that verse is also talking about work/job because if I'm not wrong, I think many of them are farmers in that day and age. Pls correct me if I'm wrong. :) So yeap. It's Daddy who gives the increase. It's Your goodness that has brought me so far.

Yes Lord, it's all undeserved.

GOD loves me.
Let it sink deep.
I receive with both arms & heart wide open.

I humble myself under Your mighty hand that You may exalt me in due time; casting all my cares unto You because You care for me. :)
